Bounty is a survival 3rd person monster hunter game where the player goes on quests to diminish the monster population attacking the villages. Below you will see concept brainstorms and sketches that has started the development of Bounty.

Next stages of development is to start blocking out the level. The map will be open world of an island. There will be 3 villages, a townhouse village, a grass/tree house village, and a mountain village.

The main styling of this game is inspired by cave paintings. So The desired effect for the UI artwork is very geometric with a grunge feel. The sketches below are intended to be seen on the bounty wanted ads that will be posted in each of the three villages. There will be 3 high level monster, Griffin, Hydra, and Wyvern. There will be 3 low level monsters that will roam the map but will not be in the bounty quest battles. Those include the rat, wolf, and spider.

One of the main mechanics will be inventory management. The player will have multiple meters indicating hunger, thirst, and health. Weapons will also have a durability. The main weapons will be a sword and shield, axe, great sword, and a bow. The inventory window will show survival meters (the will also be in the HUD), items, and weapon durability. Items can be retrieve from the village, from the black smith, from the monster, or from nature. Below are concepts for icons that will be used in the game and the layout for the inventory system.
